RMA Guidelines

RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION(RMA) REQUEST GUIDELINES

Prior to initiating an RMA process for an ASUS server product, please take note of the following conditions:

1. An RMA number must be obtained from ASUS before receiving service under the warranty. Any unauthorized service requests or requests without a valid RMA number will not be serviced by ASUS, and charges may be applied to the user.

2. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Failure to display the RMA number may result in the refusal of the shipment and its return to the sender at the sender's expense.

3. If you are not the original purchaser of the product (for instance, if you are an end-user who acquired the product through a third party), please obtain RMA service through the original distributor or reseller from whom the product was purchased.

4. When requesting an RMA, provide a detailed description of the issue with the product to assist in prompt and accurate service resolution.

5. The RMA number may be voided, and the product may be sent back to you at your cost, if the product is found to have been misused, abused, or altered in any way without the express authorization of ASUS.

6. If the product defect is deemed outside the scope of ASUS Warranty coverage, you will be notified and provided with alternative service options. Please note that such services may be subject to additional charges.

7. Please review the ASUS Warranty Policy for complete terms and conditions related to your product's warranty and RMA procedures. By engaging in the RMA process, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
