Device Photo Guidelines Before Shipment

Please refer to the illustrations below and take photos of the complete device (including serial number, front, back, and other details) before sending it in. 
Make sure the photos are clear and the entire device is fully visible in the frame. This will help prevent disputes during shipping and improve repair efficiency.
