1. Type and search [Dxdiag] in the Windows search bar, and then click [Run as administrator]

 

 

2. If you receive the notification below, please select [Yes] to continue the next

 

 

3. Click [Save All Information]

 

 

4. Click [Save]

 

 

5. Open the save file and Press Ctrl+F key on keyboard , type the name of the search item
