How to Get Express Code.

1. Please visit the Asus Indonesia Website  https://www.asus.com/id/support

1.1.Please Enter to Technical Support.

2. Please choose a product, according to your product, in one of the ways below:

2.1 Select a product, by selecting an available product.

2.2 Select the product you have registered (You already have an ASUS Account).

2.3  Enter the serial number of your product (to find out the serial number of your product, you can find out by clicking "How to identify the serial number of the unit".

3. Please check support for your product issue.

3.1 Select a support issue.

3.2 Select Issue support specification.

3.3 Check the FAQ according to your problem.

4. If you have tried related FAQs, and have not succeeded, please click on some other support services

4.1 Service (If you want to know the location of our service center, please click "service location")

4.2 Contact Support (If you want to call Our Support Hotline, please click “Get Support”)

5. To contact our Hotline please click "Call"

6. Get ExpressCode

6.1 Please enter your product information and contact information.

6.2 Fill in the description with your product problem

6.3 After Done, Tick the sign of approval then send

7. Express Code Number (The express code information screen is displayed. The express code will also be sent to the registered email address)

Note: 

• You can use the Express code when you call the Call service. Please enter the express code number when asked when calling our hotline.
• The Express code number obtained has a limited period, to get the Express code number again you can apply according to the method above
