How to get an Express Code(JAPAN ONLY)

Before using the Support Center, please check the FAQ for possible solutions.

1. go to ASUS support site and select "Technical Support".

2.Please select your product from the following three options.

2-1.Select your product from "Select a product".

2-2.Select the product that you have registered in your ASUS account.

2-3.Enter the serial number of your product.

3.If the problem is not solved by the FAQ, please refer to the "Support Articles" section.

If the problem is not solved by FAQ

4.If the problem persists after trying the related FAQ, click "Get Support" at the bottom of the FAQ screen.

5.If you want phone support, click "Let's get started" at the bottom of "Call".

6.please enter your product information and your contact information.

7. when you are done, click the "Submit" button.

8.The Express Code information screen will be displayed. The express code will also be sent to your registered email address.
