AMD Milan CPU 72F3 with Windows Server 2016 1809 previous version will BSOD
Windows Server 2016 1809 previous version,amdppm.sys driver does not fully support ACPI CPPC
Please make sure you have properly install Windows Server 2016 1809 version or later
1. Please enter BIOS Setup Manual to disable CPPC
Advanced-> AMD CBS -> NBIO Common options -> SMU Common Options-> CPPC [enable → Disable]
2. Install Windows Server 2016 1809 version or later
3. After installation of Windows Server 2016 1809, please proceed Windows Update to the latest update
4. Reboot and enter BIOS Setup Manual to enable CPPC
