[Windows 11/10] Get Help app

Please go to the corresponding instruction based on the current Windows operating system on your computer:

• Windows 11
• Windows 10

Windows 11 operating system

1. Type and search [Get Help] in the Windows search bar①, and then click [Open]②.
   
2. Describe the question you would like to ask③.
   
3. Microsoft will reply the appropriate answer based on your question.
   
4. If you have other complex questions, you can also go to the Windows support website to browse the different categories of support information and the contact service.

Windows 10 operating system

1. Type and search [Get Help] in the Windows search bar①, and then click [Open]②.
