Why doesn't it work even if the AI Noise-Canceling Mic or AI Noise-Canceling Speaker is turn on?

If it doesn't work even though the AI Noise-Canceling Mic or AI Noise-Canceling Speaker has been set according to your preference or any other issue, please reset it in Device Settings of MyASUS App, then you can use it normally.
