[Notebook/Desktop PC] Why can't I find Splendid, Tru2Life and OLED Flicker-Free Dimming in Hardware Settings after I reinstall Windows and MyASUS?

If you reinstall Windows by yourself, the pre-installed configuration files will be cleared. MyASUS will not be able to get the configuration file information and provides functions, so Splendid, Tru2Life and OLED Flicker-Free Dimming cannot be found in Hardware Settings of MyASUS. (If the laptop you purchase doesn't have OS pre-installed, you won't have Splendid, Tru2Life and OLED Flicker-Free Dimming in Hardware Settings either after you install MyASUS)

You can reinstall MyASUS Splendid, then you will find Splendid, Tru2Life and OLED Flicker-Free Dimming in Hardware Settings of MyAsus again.
