[Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - USB Type-C issues
Applicable Products: Notebook, Desktop, All-in-One PC, Gaming Handheld, MiniPC
If you experience USB Type-C (USB-C) problems, such as USB device not be recognized, Thunderbolt device functionality might be limited, USB Type-C display problems, etc. Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps.

If the problem persists after you have updated BIOS/Windows packages/drivers to the date, please continue to the next chapter for troubleshooting.
