[Motherboard]My computer has been crashing frequently recently, and it seems to be caused by overheating. How can I solve the problem?

3. Is there thermal paste applied to the bottom of the heat sink?
4. Is airflow obstructed? Move cables or other hardware that may obstruct airflow.
5. The number of fans used should not exceed the case requirements; having too many fans can be counterproductive.
6. Update BIOS. Confirm that the latest BIOS is being used if needed.
7. Use the correct case. The design of the case also affects heat dissipation.
