Project background  

SK Telecom, Korea's largest mobile operator, holds nearly 50 percent of the market share. SK Broadband, an affiliate of SK Telecom, is a top provider of broadband wired and wireless, IPTV, and internet access services in South Korea. The project aims to establish a Video Cloud Streaming (VCS) server for the next-generation VCS service.

The challenge

SK Broadband needs a high-performance hardware server configuration for the VCS transmission server. The server must be equipped with the latest NVIDIA RTX4000 Ada GPU and the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) for hardware failure alert monitoring. Additionally, SK Broadband requires a reliable warranty and service level agreement (SLA) to ensure uninterrupted service while minimizing power consumption and prioritizing cost-effectiveness.
