ASUS Collaborates with Silicom and Intel for 5G Open RAN Acceleration

Taipei, Taiwan, June 16, 2021 — ASUS, the leading IT company in servers and workstations that tops the industry in server performance with over 759 benchmark world records on SPEC.org , today announced a joint collaboration with Silicom and Intel® to enable the commercial deployment of 5G Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) at scale and offer network operators the ability to mix and match best-of-breed hardware and software to build 5G environments from the O-RAN to the core.
